Warranty

Every Ramair kit is covered by a Ramair Manufacturer's Warranty for one year from the date of supply, against defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions.

Warranty terms

Ramair kits are designed for fitment by an authorised mechanic or qualified installer. The Ramair Manufacturer's Warranty applies when the following conditions are met:

  • The kit is installed following the supplied installation manual
  • All specified torque values and tolerances from the technical data sheet are met
  • The warranty service labels are applied to the engine bay and the vehicle windscreen as supplied
  • The service logbook is maintained according to the specified intervals
  • Genuine Ramair components and approved replacement parts are used throughout the installed life of the system

Each kit is supplied complete with installation manual, technical data sheet specifying torque values and tolerances, warranty service labels for the engine bay and windscreen, and a service logbook for ongoing maintenance tracking.

Service schedule

The warranty service label applied to the engine bay and windscreen identifies the kit and specifies the service schedule for the application. The service logbook records each service event and supports continuity of the warranty across the working life of the installation.

Service intervals are determined by the application and operating conditions. Ramair service kits, comprising belts, tensioners, idler pulleys, and bearing service components, are supplied through Ramair to ensure continuity of original specification across the installed life of the system.

Replacement and warranty service

In the event of a warranty matter, Ramair processes replacement and repair to minimise vehicle downtime. Replacement components are dispatched same day where stock permits, ensuring the vehicle returns to service quickly with original-specification parts and a continuing warranty position.

Where on-site service or technical advice is required, the Ramair engineering team supports authorised installers directly. The objective is consistent across every claim: return the vehicle to service with original-specification components and a maintained warranty.
